Generates one scheme from seedColor and remembers every MaterialKolorTokens token paired with its color.

Use this for one color scheme at a time, such as a custom scheme or a theme built with buildTheme. For light and dark together, rememberDynamicLightDarkColors writes every argument once.

The parameters are the ones rememberDynamicScheme takes. isDark has no default because where you call this decides the mode, not the system setting.
